Language:Must be fully fluent in bothMandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to engage effectively with our local audience.

Attitude & Drive: Highly sales-oriented. We do not offer a flat, low hourly rate. Your hourly pay scales dynamically with your GMV (earn up to RM40/hour + commissions). The more you sell, the more you earn!

Availability: Able to commit to a minimum of 2 hours per livestream session.

Experience: Prior e-commerce or retail sales experience is a plus, but strong on-camera confidence and a "hustler" mindset are what we value most.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:You MUST submit a 1 to 3-minute video of yourself doing a mock product pitch (any product) in both Mandarin and Malay.Applications without a video will be ignored.

Host highly energetic and engaging TikTok livestreams during scheduled part-time shifts to drive product sales.

Clearly demonstrate product features, interact with viewers in real-time, answer questions, and successfully close sales.

Maintain a persuasive buying atmosphere to hit hourly/daily GMV targets.

Adapt to flexible shift arrangements based on peak traffic hours.
