Requirements
1 to 2 years' experience in ecommerce operation or marketplace management.
Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms and/or marketplace (e.g. TikTok, Shopee, Lazada...)
Experience in social commerce will be an added advantage.
High willingness to explore and learn new knowledge and skills.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
Execute and daily ecommerce operation across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc). Work closely with the product marketing and communication team to improve store’s traffic and increase conversion rate.
Take part to develop strategies in increasing traffic, conversions, sales, leads, and growth of revenues.
Ensure store layouts, banners, product images, product variants, pricing and discount are properly set up and align with the campaign plan.
Ensure product listing and content are accurate, updated and compliant with platforms guidelines.
Responsible to manage online e-commerce stores and execute online campaigns on the commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc).
Actively liaise with stakeholders, such as the third-party logistic warehouse, Courier Company, & e-commerce platforms team.
Carry out digital marketing-related activities to increase store traffic.
Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience to identify and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue, and improve retention.
Regularly keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce platforms.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned.
