Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided)
  • Able to handle pressure and solve problems
  • Responsible and willing to learn

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a high level of service quality
  • Ensure service standards and response targets are consistently met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues when required
