Requirements
Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields is an added advantage
Preferably fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
Experience in digital marketing content creation
Experience managing social commerce platforms is highly preferred
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Organized, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
Manage and operate the company’s TikTok platform, including TikTok Shop and TikTok Live activities
Plan, create, and publish engaging TikTok content including short videos, captions, and visual materials aligned with current trends and brand direction
Support TikTok marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, traffic, and sales conversion
Coordinate and manage TikTok Live sessions including product showcasing, promotions, and audience interaction
Monitor content and campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare basic performance reports
Identify trending topics, viral content opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging TikTok trends
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth content planning and campaign execution
Manage customer engagement through comments, messages, and TikTok interactions
Ensure all TikTok content aligns with brand image and marketing direction
