Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills.

Proficient in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Experience in creating engaging content for various digital channels, including social media posts, videos, blogs, and marketing campaigns.

Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar design and editing tools.

Knowledge of social media trends, content strategies, and audience engagement techniques.

Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.

Plan, develop, and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

Produce compelling copy, captions, articles, promotional materials, and campaign content.

Design basic marketing visuals and coordinate multimedia content production, including photography and videography.

Create and edit short-form videos for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube.

Manage and update the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.

Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop content that supports business and campaign objectives.

Assist in planning and promoting product launches, events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Track, analyze, and report content performance using social media and digital marketing analytics tools.

Optimize content based on performance insights and audience engagement metrics.

Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing strategy.

Maintain a library of marketing assets, photos, videos, and content materials.

Perform other marketing-related duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by management.
