Proficiency in reading and typing in both English and Mandarin (Traditional and Simplified) is required

Available to work full-time either:

• Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or

• Night shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Basic knowledge of content creation and copywriting

Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms

Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and website analytics tools

Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data interpretation skills

Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, or similar platforms is an advantage

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently and meet deadlines

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in the travel industry is an advantage)

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and TikTok

Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to achieve performance targets (CTR, CPC, and conversions)

Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms

Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, and provide actionable insights

Work closely with the design and sales teams to deliver creative materials in line with campaign schedules and deadlines

Manage company website content, landing pages, and basic SEO optimization

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools

Track and report on KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports for management

Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
