Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.

  • Previous or existing working experiences with Australian or Singapore clients will be an added advantage. Candidates will be given preferential consideration in this case.

  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, MYOB, or similar).

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin ability to communicate with international clients is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Experience with multi-client accounting or outsourced finance processes.

  • Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and client billing.

  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and intercompany transactions.

  • Assist with financial reporting for internal use and client review.

  • Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve billing, payment, and reconciliation issues.

  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or other client-specific tools).

  • Support audit and compliance activities by preparing necessary documentation.

  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents and ensure adherence to data security and confidentiality standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial operations run smoothly.
