Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related science discipline is preferred, although a Diploma will be considered for exceptional candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively demonstrating and explaining complex medical device features and benefits.
Highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a proactive approach to sales and a desire to exceed targets.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively, including planning, scheduling, and follow-up.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for clear communication with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally to other locations as required.
Basic understanding of the healthcare industry and medical terminology is a plus.
A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required for territory management and client visits.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators, to understand their needs and promote our medical device solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical devices, tailoring the approach to the specific requirements of each client.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing a territory, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in medical technology to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Manage inventory and order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional contacts and generate leads.
