Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.

  • Sales experience is preferred (beauty, healthcare, wellness, insurance, or related industries).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.

  • Goal-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.

  • Passionate about health, beauty, and wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-in consultations.

  • Recommend suitable health management programmes and treatments.

  • Manage appointments, follow-ups, and after-sales service.

  • Work closely with doctors and the team to provide suitable treatment plans.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Continuously learn about health, wellness, anti-ageing, and longevity solutions.
