Diploma/Degree in Automotive, Business, or related fields.
1–2 years’ experience in automotive operations/aftersales preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
Strong coordination & problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Available to site visit.
Responsibilities
Coordinate vehicle delivery, registration & documentation.
Liaise with suppliers, workshops & technical department for smooth operations.
Handle customer enquiries on service, parts & warranty matters.
Monitor service schedules & warranty claims.
Maintain records & ensure customer satisfaction.
