Requirements
Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or those with vast experience acceptable by the company
Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in related field
Good knowledge in pricing
Ability to think logically
Responsibilities
To prepare tender for submission
To prepare budget for cost control
To prepare monthly Progress Claim
To check and prepare sub-contractors claim
To prepare Final Account including all variation works
To assist the Head of Project to prepare the monthly project management meeting report
To negotiate with suppliers / sub-contractor for the best price and terms
To prepare Letter of Award to sub-contractors
Implement safe work procedures in order to prevent injury and ill health
Any other tasks and when assigned by the Management
