Experience in pre sales, solutions engineering, systems integration, or infrastructure consulting is preferred, ideally with exposure to DaaS/PCaaS, managed services, or ICT solutions.
Good understanding of enterprise devices and infrastructure: endpoints (laptops, desktops, workstations), servers, network switches/Wi Fi, firewall appliances, basic IoT and NPU-integrated AI PCs. Proficiency in Network & Security appliances (e.g. Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco) is preferred.
Familiarity with OS deployment and endpoint management (e.g., imaging, MDM/EMM, patch management) and security controls (AV/EDR, encryption, VPN, MFA). Experience with FOSS (Linux) in a corporate environment is a significant advantage.

You will work alongside collaborative and safety‑focused teammates and play a key role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and safety of critical APM systems. Day‑to‑day, you will perform shift maintenance activities covering the following systems - Signalling, SCADA, Broadband Radio, Communication, and Platform Screen Doors (PSD), while also ensuring compliance with company's safety, quality, and performance requirements.
