• 6-10 years minimum professional work experience with a focus on Corporate/ Commercial Interiors.

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Proven ability to handle clients and manage projects independently from concept to completion.

• Proficiency in Sketchup, 3ds Max, renderings, CAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel and MS Office tools.

• Good design sense, attention to detail, and technical accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail with a commitment to producing error-free drawings.

• Knowledge of Generative AI tools (e.g. CHatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Narva, Claude) is an advantage.

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion

• Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts and presentations

• Review drawings, 3D perspectives and material selections

• Manage retail renovation, consignment and fit-out projects

• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and consultants

• Oversee site progress, quality and project timelines

• Manage project budgets and resources

• Lead and guide the design team

• Resolve design and technical issues during project execution

• Present design proposals to management when required
