Role Description:
This is an internship role for an ERP Functional Intern based in Kuala Lumpur. The intern will assist in gathering and analyzing client business requirements and mapping them to ERPNext functionalities. Daily tasks include supporting ERPNext configuration, testing system behavior, and documenting workflows, processes, and user guides. The role involves coordinating with implementation consultants, responding to user queries, and helping deliver training or walkthrough sessions. The intern will also help prepare reports, perform basic data validation, and contribute to continuous improvement of Musufa’s ERPNext templates and industry-specific solutions.
