Working with the strategy and client servicing teams, you will support employee engagement and internal communications strategy for a large Singaporean based client

Researching and understanding the best approach and plan of action

Planning and facilitating workshops for employees

Analysis and reporting

Making recommendations on the best approach to drive the best results on employee engagement

Your experience/profile:

3-4 years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement

Either in-house or agency communications experience

Consultative and able to make recommendations

Good stakeholder management

A self starter

Responsible for the UI design and improving the platform's ease of user experience.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparing a complete marketing strategy for the company & setting the necessary plans to execute and achieve identified organizational, marketing and sales short-term and long-term objectives & goals.

Responsible for developing & evolving the company’s brand identity & building brand equity in close collaboration with the brand and communications department.

Responsible for Market Research & Development, by overlooking a constant analysis of market trends & competitive analysis, and gathering insightful feedback from different target audiences, to deliver recommendations for necessary changes in marketing and business development strategies and lead efficient & effective product and market development strategies.

Responsible for collaborating with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities to capitalize on identified opportunities.

Responsible for building and leading a marketing team and ensuring operational efficiency enabling scale.

Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying

Perform data entry

Update sales staff information from company system.

Assist in resolving any administrative problems

Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

Draft, prepare and maintain accurate minutes of meetings for the Board of Directors, Board Committees and shareholders.

Attend and support the Company Secretary in all meetings of the Board, Board Committees, and shareholders, ensuring that minutes reflect the discussions and decisions made during the meetings.

Timely preparation and circulation of notices, meeting documents, and agendas for the board, board committees, and shareholder meetings.

Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures and assist with the implementation of these policies.

Gather relevant information and responses to specific agenda items and draft minutes based on these inputs.

Provide support for the incorporation of companies and the registration of foreign entities.

Perform additional secretarial duties as assigned by management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise business problems and opportunities

Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and generate insights

Develop predictive models and algorithms that inform business decisions and drive operational efficiency

Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to large datasets to uncover insights and trends

Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Continuously monitor and optimise data models and algorithms to improve performance and accuracy

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science, and proactively identify new opportunities to drive business value

Ability to work in various conditions to conduct inspection on properties to check for compliance including the internal and external defects.

Performing building inspection/ building survey.

Preparing Building Condition Assessment report.

Able to take into account every aspect of property and seeking to identify all defects.

Assist clients, colleagues and work closely with them every process of inspection.

Producing detailed reports and recommendations if needed.

Identifying defects and advising on remedial works and recommendations to client.

Able to travel to any directed location.

Maintain good working relations with colleagues and clients.
