- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Lead Document Controller to lead and manage all document control activities across projects undertaken by the Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective control, distribution, tracking, retrieval, and archiving of engineering, procurement, construction, vendor, and project documentation in compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements, client specifications, and applicable quality management standards. He/She will play a critical role in supporting successful project delivery by working closely with the Project Management Team (PMT), clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the timely submission, review, approval, and maintenance of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The role also includes overseeing the Document Control team, administering the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), driving document management best practices, and ensuring the completeness and integrity of project records during project close-out and handover. Candidates with experience in EPCC/EPCIC, offshore, marine, energy and/or Oil & Gas Construction projects will be considered an added advantage.
