Ensure staff are up to speed on training, deliver the best service possible to customers, and maintain strong relationships with management and suppliers.
Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service.
Preparing coffees and other beverages to a high standard of taste and quality.
Making recommendations to customers and answering any questions.
Coordinate orders for Junior Baristas and waiters to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Manage orders for stock and coffee supplies.
Maintain and clean coffee machines. Organise service where needed.
Train and set standards for Junior Baristas and Wait Staff.
Monitor and maintain hygiene and cleaning standards.
Liaise with coffee roasters and management to ensure the smooth running of operations and delivery of quality products.
Ensure that a professional standard of Customer Care, Merchandising and Display, Stock Control and Administration is developed and maintained so that Sales Targets are achieved.
Ensure that subordinates are effectively supervised and well-trained to carry out their responsibilities and tasks.
Ensures effective and economic use of staff in retail Operations Department to achieve its objectives.
Promotes Professionalism of Staff in Retail Operations Department.
Undertakes other tasks as required by Superiors.
Identifies and trains staff with good potential for development.
Develops and maintains administrative procedures and methods of the shops and the Department in accordance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintains Communications links with staff in retail Operations Department and other Departments within the Company.
