Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in the retail industry.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Computer literate and knowledge in ERP accounting system will be added advantages.

Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and good in time management.

Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Required language : English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Working hours: 8:30 a.m. ~ 5:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday).

Working Location : Old Klang Road - K.L.

Responsible for preparing financial management reports and ensuring accurate and timely monthly and year-end closing activities.

Responsible for financial analysis and managing treasury related functions.

Involved in the annual budgeting exercise.

Responsible for verifying compliance and ensuring the timely submission of SST and E-invoices.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities on financial and regulatory matters.

Maintain and continuously improve accounting systems, internal controls, and reporting processes.

Work towards achieving the company's PMF (Performance Measurement Framework/assigned performance targets) and departmental objectives.

Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
