Job Requirements

• Proficient with Adobe or Graphic illustration tools and video editing software
• 1-3 years of working experience within design, content creation, production, or related field
• Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate unique and original design concepts.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating and presenting ideas.
• Understanding of Branding: Familiarity with brand guidelines, brand messaging, and how to translate them into visual elements.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in the beauty industry or passion for beauty is a plus

Job Description

A Creative Designer develops visual concepts and designs for various media, including print, digital, and retail spaces, aligning with brand identity and marketing goals. The Creative Designer will translate brand visions into compelling visuals for packaging, marketing campaigns, social media, and more. This role requires strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing and Designing:Creating original designs for diverse platforms, including packaging, advertisements, social media content, and in-store displays.
• Brand Consistency:Ensuring all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaboration:Working closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align design with overall brand strategy and marketing objectives.
• Utilizing Design Tools:Proficiently using industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the beauty and design industry.
• Presenting Designs:Effectively communicating design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions.
