职位描述

任职资格

  • Candidates possess Certificate/Diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

岗位职责

  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks (Order & Logistic Division).

  • Process sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation accurately and efficiently.

  • Attend and response to clients WhatsApp, Emails, Calls.

  • Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance.

  • Monitor documents despatch and received.

  • Recording documents flow and filing.

  • Coordinate with other divisions to ensure smooth operations.

  • To perform any ad-hoc or related duties as and when required.
