Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Good computer and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Team player with good problem-solving skills.

Set up machines safely and effectively for operators to execute job orders.
• Maintain and organize proper storage of spare parts, tools, and maintenance records.
• Ensure machines are maintained in good and safe working condition.
• Perform machine repair, cleaning, and preventive maintenance to ensure production efficiency and quality.
• Inspect and evaluate machine performance, identify malfunctions, and recommend improvements.
• Source replacement parts and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in production-related tasks whenever required.
• Support new machinery installation and modification activities.
• Manage and monitor contractors on-site to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Act as Emergency Response Team member and support implementation of OSH policies and regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior or management.
