Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience in similar fields.

Preferably experience in dealing with industrial products.

Highly-motivated with the commitment & desire to achieve goals and targets through effective teamwork, willing to go extra miles and scale to achieve new heights.

Presentation skills, client relationship, energy level, negotiation, prospecting skills, meeting sales goals, creativity, independence and motivation for sales.

Work independently with hands-on and results oriented, with high level ofintegrity,good interpersonal & communication skills.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English. Must be able to speak in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.

Experience in product training and marketing activities is an advantage.

Possess own transport and a valid driving license. Willing to travel outstation.

Identifying potential customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Delivering product or service demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits and addressing their specific needs. Successfully negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to finalize sales.

Overseeing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and generating reports to identify areas for improvement.

Working closely with internal teams like marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
