Willing to work on weekends or extended hours when required for events.
Must be a mandarin speaker
Preferred Qualities (Bonus)
Basic knowledge of social media content creation.
Experience in event management, exhibitions, roadshows, or corporate events.
Ability to handle simple data tracking or reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
1-2 years event management experience
Preferable have own transportation
岗位职责
Sales Support
Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and pitch decks using PowerPoint or Canva.
Maintain customer relationships and follow up with leads and existing clients.
Support the development of marketing materials and sales collateral.
Event Operations
Provide operational support during event planning, setup, and execution.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
Manage event timelines, logistics, and coordination tasks.
Assist in on-site event duties such as registration, setup supervision, and client handling.
Creative & Administrative Duties
Design basic visuals for proposals, event layouts, and simple marketing content using Canva or similar tools.
Contribute creative ideas for event themes, concepts, and engagement activities.
Handle administrative tasks including documentation, inventory updates, and invoicing support.
