Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Solution Consulting
• Experience with AI, software, technology solutions, or B2B sales environment is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive sales opportunities
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts concurrently

• Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution discovery sessions
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations to clients
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure successful solution implementation
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address customer requirements and technical challenges
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to clients
• Contribute to sales strategies and provide market feedback to improve products and services
