* Minimum 1 year retail sales / customer service experience

* Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, or luxury retail is an advantage

* Good sense of styling / fashion awareness preferred

* Able to speak English & Mandarin as liaising with China supplier and customer. Mandarin speaking is highly preferred for customer service needs.

* Deliver excellent customer service and create a premium in-store experience

* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery and styling options

* Achieve individual and store sales targets

* Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

* Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

* Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards

* Assist with stock handling and daily store operations

* Support store campaigns, events, and promotional activities

* Maintain accurate sales reporting and documentation
