The successful hire (~5 - 8 years’ experience) may come from Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruitment, Employer Branding or broader HR partnering environments, but should demonstrate a strong interest in strategic talent engagement and proactive workforce planning. Experience engaging senior stakeholders, managing recruitment programmes, organising outreach initiatives, or building talent pipelines across regional markets will be viewed favourably.
