Work with all stakeholders to ensure support for business conversion, including follow up on leads’ conversion with support from room sales team; work with business support and revenue team for optimised pricing strategy and support for exceptional service delivery from operations teams of Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to deliver exemplary guests service.
