To excel in this position, you should possess a recognized bachelor's degree or above and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in training administration. Project management experience is advantageous. Proficiency in virtual classroom applications.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Training Officer role. Willingness to travel to Mainland China is required.
