• Models a customer comes first attitude, delivers awesome customer services, and supervises team members to ensure they are delivering awesome customer service.
• Delegate, utilizes and provides direction to team members during their shift to achieve operational excellence. Acts as a coach and mentor to team members by using discretion in assessing performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve team member’s performance.
• Reviews store environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching and direction to the team to achieve operational goals. Communicate ideas to the management for broader areas of improvement.
Ensure all staff are meeting all established standards of service. Monitor and test service skills of staff, retrain and reinforce all standards on food and quality and service details daily. Provide feedback and appraisals as necessary.
Assist in the development of marketing initiatives, menu items, and other items to stimulate growth in sales for each outlet and a variety of latest market developments
