Support the delivery and continuous improvement of AI-driven features, including the AI chatbot, AI itinerary planning, and personalisation tools. Own day-to-day training and quality checks on AI tools, and work with platform vendors to resolve issues.
Conduct competitor research, benchmarking, and basic data analysis on travel commerce, e-commerce, and AI trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations and presentation materials.
Support cross-sell and product bundle execution on the holiday platforms, and collaborate with marketing, digital, finance, operations, customer support, Airline Business, and Group Legal to ensure smooth rollout of features and resolve dependencies across teams.
