Your new company Join a well-established organisation within the larger scale of consumer goods market founded over three decades ago, known for delivering quality projects and driving continuous operational improvements. Your new role As a Procurement Executive, you are responsible for the following tasks such as,-Manage end-to-end procurement and order fulfilment activities, including sourcing, purchasing, inventory planning, and customer order execution.-Coordinate supply and demand forecasting while ensuring inventory availability to support customer delivery commitments.-Drive strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier management, contract reviews, and cost optimisation programmes.-Monitor operational performance through KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, procurement activities, and customer requirements are met. What you'll need to succeed -Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.-At least 2 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, preferably within the building or construction industry.-Hands-on experience with SAP and procurement-related systems.-Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders- Experienced managing China based suppliers- Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin (read, write and speak)
