Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents, liaising with the accounts department as needed.
The role also prepares business reports, analyses operator performance and application progress, tracks business opportunities, and provides administrative and operational support to the Business Development Manager to ensure efficient workflows and timely completion of business activities.
You're the bridge between our clients and our creative team, which means you need to understand both worlds well enough to speak both languages. This isn't a purely administrative role. You'll be managing relationships, taking briefs, keeping projects on track, and just as importantly, growing accounts. That means sales is part of your DNA here, nurturing existing clients and actively identifying opportunities for new ones.
