• Able to speak English and Mandarin

• At least SPM certificate

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a Conveyancing Clerk in a law firm

• Experience handling project and sub-sale transactions, SPA documentation, and loan/financing documentation from start to completion

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work

• Willing to learn and take on new tasks

• Proactive, resourceful and team-oriented

• Preferably able to start immediately

• Assist lawyers in handling all conveyancing work for SPA and/or loan financing documentation, for both sub-sale and project cases

• Handle other related conveyancing matters, such as perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreements, etc.

• Liaise effectively with clients, bankers, real estate agents, relevant government agencies and other parties

• Raise payment vouchers and invoices, and follow up on collection in a timely manner

• Manage the post-signing process, including monitoring deadlines, managing the stakeholder account and preparing settlement statements

• Maintain an efficient and organized filing system (physical and digital), and ensure all critical dates are carefully diarized

• Provide exceptional client service, keeping clients informed of their transaction’s progress
