About you:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in business development support, sales coordination, account management, or administrative operations

• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and Excel skills are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on pending matters

• Ability to identify issues, recommend improvements, and support business growth initiatives

About the role:

This role provides operational and business development support, including application processing, operator enquiries, documentation, reporting, data analysis, and new operator prospecting activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Application processing, existing operator enquiries, documentation and follow-ups

• Excel dashboards and operator performance analysis

• Workload tracking and opportunity identification

• New operator prospecting and market research

• Acquisition support when required

• Maintain databases and track performance

• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities

• Liaise professionally with existing operators and internal departments

• Work independently while supporting the Business Development Manager in daily operations and business development activities
