High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level) is required.

Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a dispatch or similar administrative role.

Must have own transporation

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges promptly.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with drivers, clients, and internal teams.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for clear communication with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment within a small company setting.

Familiarity with event logistics or exhibition coordination is a plus.

Must be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records of dispatches and deliveries.

Comfortable using basic computer software for communication and record-keeping.

Basic Paper Work

Deliver training materials, certificates, banners, door gifts, and equipment to venues before each program

Monitor the status of dispatches in real-time and proactively address any delays or problems that may arise, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.

Manage and maintain the dispatch area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and safe for handling event-related items.

Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing event equipment and supplies.

Provide support to the event team by coordinating the return of equipment and materials after events conclude.
