The COO will also be responsible for driving innovation across programming, content distribution, and revenue generation models, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading organizational development initiatives. To excel in this position, candidates must have a proven track record in senior executive leadership within the broadcasting, media, or related industries. A strong understanding of broadcasting operations, digital platforms, content ecosystems, and emerging media trends is essential.
The role requires a visionary leader with a passion for media and broadcasting, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage large teams and complex organizational structures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are a must, as is a minimum of 15 years' of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years' in a C-suite or equivalent executive leadership position. An advanced degree in business administration, media management, or a related discipline is preferred.

Play an active role leading the HR agenda, on all relevant business forums e.g., business NFRC, conduct forums, QPR/MPRs.
Lead and/or drive CIB wide initiatives captured in the transversal People value streams across CIB that enable delivery of the CIB people plan in support of the overall CIB business strategy.
Translate the one people plan into enterprise priorities, providing clear ownership, governance and plan for the respective transversal, partnering within the HR ecosystem to land initiatives in businesses, functions and markets.
