· To assist in overseeing and manage the administrative and human resource needs across the Company’s multiple outlets to ensure business needs are met effectively
· Work with HR Manager and Finance department to project and implement the HR budget and manpower headcount for each outlet/business annually, and ensure that the HR budgets are met
· Responsible for wage benchmarking and market survey to ensure that our Company’s practices and salary scale are competitive and aligned with the industry

Requirements:• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Corporate Administration, Accounting or related field• Fresh graduates / candidates with no experience are welcome to apply• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel• Able to perform data entry and handle documents properly• Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn• Responsible and able to follow instructions• Good communication skills
