Job Description

Requirements

  1. Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.

  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management.

  3. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

  4. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  5. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  7. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  9. Must be willing to travel locally and outstation as required.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.

2. Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

4. Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities.

5. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

6. Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and service agreements.

7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.

8. Forecast sales performance and prepare accurate sales reports, pipelines, and business reviews.

9. Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

10. Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to maintain strong customer relationships.

11. Mentor and support junior sales team members where applicable.

12. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and industry developments.
