• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of proven experience in an accounting role, preferably within the financial services or marketing sectors.

• Proficiency in SQL Accounting Software is essential for managing financial data and operations.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and set up a full set of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Solid understanding of financial reporting standards, bank reconciliation processes, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger management.

• Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations, including Sales and Service Tax (SST) and e-Invoicing, is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling, as well as general Microsoft Office Suite applications.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries.

Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.

Assist in audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.

Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
