Requirements
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement for IMC Healthcare's range of organic and herbal food supplements, cosmetics, apparels, and related products.
Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video formats, tailored to various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) to resonate with the target audience.
Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms, while adhering to KPDN and DSAM guidelines.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and leverage data analytics to optimize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance tracking, to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales.
Foster a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries and comments, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure cohesive brand communication.
Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities

Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video, tailored to different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and target audiences, ensuring content is optimized for both English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking audiences.
Manage and maintain IMC Healthcare's social media presence, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent community management.
Plan, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns, utilizing data analytics to optimize performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
Analyze social media data and generate reports on campaign performance, identifying trends and insights to inform future strategies and improve ROI, presenting findings to management with actionable recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and platforms to enhance IMC Healthcare's social media presence.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing initiatives and aligned with overall business goals, supporting product launches and promotional activities.
