Ability to manage and lead a kitchen team of up to 5 individuals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.

Experience in inventory management, cost control, and ordering of dim sum ingredients and supplies.

Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members, management, and suppliers.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
