Requirements
Candidate must possess at least an SPM qualification or higher in education.
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
Skills Required: Accounting, Bookkeeping and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
Maintaining and processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, billing, issue payment and expense tracking.
Performing data entry and prepare monthly AR/AP reconciliations.
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately, completely and up-to-date
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filling to support all accounting entries
To assist daily accounting functions and monthly closing.
General office administration works.
Any other ad-hoc accounting assignmenanagemets / tasks assigned by Superior / Mnt from time to time.
