Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum 2–3 years AP experience
SQL Accounting System — mandatory, non-negotiable
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards & SST
Mandarin proficiency (spoken & written) — required for vendor communication
Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and works well independently
Responsibilities
Full AP cycle — vendor invoices, payment runs & reconciliation
Supplier statement reconciliation & dispute resolution
Bank & GL reconciliations
Month-end closing — journal entries, accruals & schedules
Liaise with vendors, auditors & tax agents on AP matters
Support the Finance Manager with reports & ad-hoc tasks
