Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in IT, with a proven track record of handling software deployments and managing IT projects.
Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Technical Proficiency: * Experience managing Enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, or custom software).
Familiarity with database management (SQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to act as an effective liaison.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of self-motivation.
Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
1. IT Project Management & Delivery
End-to-End Ownership: Lead, plan, and execute IT and projects from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to deployment and final delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to align project goals.
Timeline & Risk Management: Establish realistic project timelines, track progress, mitigate risks, and proactively solve bottlenecks to ensure project success.
Independent Execution: Uphold and drive projects forward independently, making critical tactical decisions with minimal supervisory oversight.
2. Software Management & Governance
Application Lifecycle: Oversee the organization’s software ecosystem, ensuring applications are up-to-date, secure, and optimally integrated.
Vendor Management: Evaluate, negotiate with, and manage third-party software vendors and consultants to ensure deliverables meet quality and SLA standards.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, system architecture maps, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3. Support & Maintenance
Tier 2/3 Support: Provide advanced technical support for core software systems and troubleshoot complex application issues.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze system performance, gather user feedback, and recommend software enhancements or process optimizations.
Change Management: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
