Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Admissions, Student Recruitment, Business Development, Sales, or related fields
• Education industry experience is highly preferred
• Proven track record in achieving growth targets
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Willing to be hands-on and actively involved in growth initiatives

Your Key Responsibilities

1）Marketing & Student Recruitment

• Develop and execute student recruitment strategies
• Generate quality leads through both online and offline channels
• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, content, and campaigns
• Organise school open days, education fairs, roadshows, and events
• Build referral and ambassador programmes

2）Admissions & Sales

• Improve enquiry-to-enrolment conversion rates
• Oversee the entire admissions journey
• Conduct parent consultations and school tours when required
• Develop sales funnels, KPIs, and recruitment systems

3）Branding & Positioning

• Strengthen the positioning of each education brand
• Identify competitive advantages and market opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Work closely with management on growth strategies

4）Partnerships & Business Development

Build strategic partnerships with:

• Preschools
• Corporations
• Property developers
• Relocation agencies
• Education agents
• Community organisations

5）Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the marketing and admissions team
• Create a performance-driven culture
• Set targets, monitor results, and drive continuous improvement

What We Offer

• Attractive Remuneration Package
• Basic Salary: RM6,000 – RM8,000 per month
