Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Education, Psychology, Business Management or related fields preferred)

• Fluent in Mandarin; able to communicate in Englishand/orBahasa Malaysia

• Minimum 5 years of experience in education, childcare, tuition centre or related management role

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Able to lead, coach and motivate a team of teachers

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Passionate about children's education and development

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Smart Board, etc.)

• Willing to learn, accept challenges and continuously improve

• Able to work full-time and committed to long-term career growth

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the education centre

• Supervise, coach and evaluate teachers' performance

• Ensure high-quality teaching and student care

• Build strong relationships with parents and handle enquiries professionally

• Monitor students' learning progress and centre performance

• Plan manpower, schedules and resource allocation

• Maintain discipline, safety and operational standards

• Recruit, train and develop teaching staff

• Drive student enrolment and retention together with the management team

• Implement company policies, SOPs and educational programmes

• Prepare reports and achieve centre KPIs

• Prepare regular operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Work closely with the management team to implement new programmes and strategic initiatives.
