Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our Gifted Kids Department. The ideal candidate will assess, support, and enhance the physical development, motor skills, and overall well-being of gifted children, including those with asynchronous development or mild physical challenges.
Responsibilities
Conduct physical and functional assessments to identify motor skill development, posture, coordination, and movement patterns.
Develop individualized physiotherapy intervention plans tailored to each child’s needs.
Provide therapy sessions focusing on gross motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility.
Support children with sensory-motor integration difficulties or physical challenges affecting learning.
Collaborate with teachers, psychologists, speech therapists, and parents to ensure holistic development.
Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate therapy records and reports.
Design and implement group activities or movement programs to enhance physical development.
Provide recommendations for classroom adaptations or ergonomic adjustments.
Educate parents and staff on exercises, posture, and strategies to support children’s physical health.
Ensure a safe and engaging therapy environment.
