Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree

  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply – Full Training provided

Experience:

  • Knowledge and experienced in customer service or car rental industry will be an added advantage

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in computer systems and basic knowledge of office software

Required Language(s):

  • English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driving license and a clean driving record

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers in renting vehicles, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Your role involves working in a fast-paced environment where professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to valued customers by managing the rentals and the exit process, in compliance with Europcar's policies and procedures, with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries regarding car rentals, rates, timing and availability. Ensure a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental for each customer.

  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, or escalate complaints to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Achieving individual performance goals, customer service and branch targets.

  • Maintain appearance of rental counters and customer areas to present a neat, orderly and safe condition; ensure counter is stocked with appropriate supplies to provide smooth and effective counter service.

  • Upholding company standards by ensuring cars are presentable to customers.
