Requirements
- URGENT HIRING - CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
- Certificate / Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in building or renovation work.
- Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work at the project site.
- Knowledge in safety procedure especially working at height area will be an added advantage.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site work progress.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, Client (MRT Corp) and Building Operator (Rapid Bus)
- Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Prepare and update site reports, progress updates, inspection requests, and related documentation.
- Monitor material usage and site manpower.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and quality standards.
- Assist the Project Manager/Project Engineer in technical and site coordination matters.
- Attend site meetings and inspections when required.
