Requirements
Education and Major: Diploma or above, with a major in Engineering, Project Management, Production/Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Work Experience:
Possess 2-3 years of project management experience in advertising signage, interior decoration, furniture manufacturing, or factory production.
Familiar with the entire process from drawing confirmation $ ightarrow$ material procurement $ ightarrow$ workshop production $ ightarrow$ warehouse management $ ightarrow$ on-site installation.
Personal Qualities:
Strong Execution Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (multi-tasking) and strong stress tolerance.
Clear Logic: Highly sensitive to material specifications, quantities, and project timelines; detail-oriented.
Possess a Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license (Class D), and be able to travel to installation sites for inspection or coordination when necessary.
Responsibilities
Production Coordination
Liaise with design and layout files, issuing accurate production instructions and drawings to the workshop production team.
Follow up on the workshop's production progress throughout, coordinating to resolve process issues during production, ensuring products are completed on time and with high quality.
Material Purchasing & Vendor Relations
Based on the production plan and project requirements, responsible for inquiring, comparing prices, and purchasing raw materials (such as sheet metal, profiles, LED components, etc.).
Control procurement costs, follow up on supplier delivery times, and ensure production materials arrive at the factory on time.
Warehouse & Inventory Control
Responsible for the inventory count of raw materials and finished products in the factory/warehouse, outbound registration, and daily inventory management.
Establish clear inventory ledgers to avoid material waste, loss, or shortages.
Site Installation & Client Communication
Liaise with clients or site supervisors to confirm installation site conditions, dimensions, and construction schedules.
Arrange and dispatch installation teams/outsourced construction personnel, supervising on-site installation quality, progress, and safety regulations.
Coordinate to handle on-site emergencies, complete project acceptance, and delivery.
